Professional users mainly include partners and employees of a professional service firm who provide services to their clients/customers. In additional to general features and tools, industry specific tools and features are provided for efficient task completion.
Admin accounts are for firm administrators (such as a managing partner of a CPA firm, an owner of a business entity, or their designated assistants). Admin users can implement firm-wide user role control, channel creation, client/customer assignment, and firm-wide settings (like tagging).
