Client
These users mainly include clients and/or customers of professional or other types of services firms (such as a CPA firm, an attorney’s office, etc.). The user interface designed for general user are mainly for providing information and receiving services from service providers.
Professional
Professional users mainly include partners and employees of a professional service firm who provide services to their clients/customers. In additional to general features and tools, industry specific tools and features are provided for efficient task completion.
Administrative
Admin accounts are for firm administrators (such as a managing partner of a CPA firm, an owner of a business entity, or their designated assistants). Admin users can implement firm-wide user role control, channel creation, client/customer assignment, and firm-wide settings (like tagging).
